Ms. Lewis has three decades of marketing experience including media planning and social media, working with some of the world’s greatest brands. She is committed to leading strategic innovation that is efficient, effective and accountable. She relishes the changes that have shaken the marketing world during her career, leading to a much greater ability to connect to customers’ needs and motivations, and enabling smarter business decision-making.

Ms. Lewis began her marketing career with Grey Advertising, Los Angeles, where she became Vice President, Co-Media Director and Director of Broadcast, Grey-Western Division. In that role, she oversaw media strategy and execution for a wide array of top brands including Bank of America, Sun-Maid Growers, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate and Southern California Edison. At RBW in Raleigh, she led media planning and execution for the Glaxo corporate campaign when regulatory issues first began to inform pharmaceutical advertising. At McKinney, she became Vice President, Director of Media Planning, and oversaw digital, broadcast, print, out-of-home, and all other media for some of the best-known companies in the world, including Ben & Jerry’s, Lands’ End, Audi North America, NASDAQ and XO Communications.

She was recruited by John Deere Worldwide Commercial and Consumer Products Division as Marketing Services Manager, where her team revamped the dealer co-op program, resulting in measurable increases in dealer compliance, investment efficiency and, most importantly, sales. She was responsible for national and local media including digital, broadcast, print, out-of-home and promotions. Her involvement in digital marketing further intensified when, as interim Director of Marketing at Digitalsmiths, she developed an integrated marketing and communications plan to promote the company’s position as a leader in the digital video field.

A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, Ms. Lewis is a member of the Rotary Club of Raleigh, the Junior League of Raleigh, the Raleigh Hall of Fame Board of Directors and the Walk for Lupus Now Steering Committee. She served as Vice-Chair of the Raleigh Convention Center Commission which oversaw the concept, design and construction of the Meymandi and Fletcher Hall additions to the Progress Energy Center for the Performing Arts. She is an avid reader, reading several books a week on topics ranging from Behavioral Economics to 19th Century Literature. Her favorite activity is spending time with her husband and two sons.
