Maggie earned her bachelor of Economics at Beijing Foreign Studies University School of International Business. She was the research assistant to the Dean of International Finance and Business Research Center. Her honors graduate thesis on the field of "international brand management in China" ranked in the top 2% of her class.

Maggie has six years of experience with Procter & Gamble in Guangzhou, China where she held the roles of Key Account Manager and Unit Manager. As Unit Manager, Maggie developed a $30M retail channel across five provinces, managed a 120-person sales team and $2M budget, and designed joint business strategies with key national retailers. Achieving the highest incremental sales growth in south China for two consecutive years, she earned the Customer President Award. She led cross-functional projects with retailer on pricing strategy, supply chain efficiency, and retail innovation, improving sales by 35% and margin by 51%.

As Key Account Manager for P&G China, Maggie developed a $12M business within distributor/wholesale channel. She created market-first retail college, training 100+ retail managers on efficient consumer response and solved customer’s retail business problem. She also analyzed assortment performance and shifted market promotional focus to new product configuration during launch of new Tide line extension, resulting in 20% sales growth.

Maggie is a candidate for her Master of Business Administration at the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School where she is active in the Marketing and Consulting clubs. She participated in UNC Venture Capital Investment Competition as well as Deloitte national and regional case competitions, winning the 3rd place out of 16 teams in UNC.

Native in Mandarin, Maggie enjoys traveling and learning about other cultures. While living in Senegal, she helped her family set up an international trade business. Founder and Captain of an English reporter group in college, she explored the topic of cultural differences between the east and the west. Having trained on gymnastics and martial arts, Maggie is also a certified yoga instructor.
